Our Purpose

Our purpose at A Bright Start Therapy is to create a child-friendly environment while targeting areas of development to increase their overall level of functional and be as independent as they can be.The purpose of A Bright Start is to provide quality care to children that demonstrate difficulty in areas of language, social skills, cognition, as well as fine motor and gross motor skills.

The idea that children depend on an adult-figure to guide them in communication is a key component in their overall development. Helping children succeed in life through communication, activities of daily living, playing outdoors, riding bikes, doing jumping jacks, etc

I would like for parents of children that made their way to the company or the patients  themselves  to look back and remember that A Bright Start was really just that. They entered a place where they felt like they were in control of their beginning, that they didn’t feel like they were in a “therapy center” but in a place where they felt like they were in control of where they were going and how they wanted to better themselves. The concept behind A Bright Start is that every child deserves a bright start, an opportunity where they are able to grow and become the very best version of themselves.

I want children to enter into A Bright Start and feel like they are in their very own community.

What Makes Us Different?

Testimonies

“There are not enough words to express how thankful we are for the work that Yazmin did with our son. We originally started therapy at a different center and had to change for numerous reasons, so I was wary that this change would hinder his progress. I was wrong! It was just what he needed, and he (and we) quickly felt welcomed and loved by Yazmin. She knew how to connect with him to make him excel. She made sure that we were always involved in his therapy so that we could continue at home what she taught him in the sessions. It's been about a year since he stopped his therapies and our son doesn't stop talking! She not only helped him with his speech, she helped him gain confidence. I am forever grateful for the amazing work she did for him.”

“Since contracting Bright Start to provide therapeutic services to our PPEC facility, we couldn’t be happier. Besides the convenience of having their services available to come to us, they also provide excellent service with a great combination of professionalism and compassion. I would definitely recommend them to those who want the very best care and service for their children.”
